Phase 1: Concept and Initial Development (Q1 2024 - Q2 2024)

• Conceptualization and Market Research: Conducted in-depth market analysis and defined the core concept for Bitcoin Games Lab.

• Team Formation: Assembled a team of experienced developers, blockchain experts, and game designers.

• Initial Prototyping: Developed early prototypes for our first game, Satoshi’s Goal, integrating Bitcoin and the Lightning Network for in-game transactions.

Phase 2: Alpha Testing and Community Building (Q3 2024 - Q4 2024)

• Alpha Release of Satoshi’s Goal: Launched an alpha version to a select group of users for testing and feedback.

• Community Engagement: Established social media channels, Discord, and other community platforms to engage early adopters and gather insights.
